Why Choose Us

One of a kind

As the only product on the market that has fully formed enzymes in a peroxide base, you can provide a unique and effective solution to your clients.

installers love us

Installers want to get done and get home, nothing is worse than paying installers to sit and wait for the paint to dry.

Best Material

Floor Pre-Treat is made and sourced with raw materials from the USA, this allows us to control the quality and not be delayed in shipping and customs.

The Difference is in the Chemistry

When it comes to flooring installation odor abatement can be tricky. Some installers use live bacteria cultures, some use bleach or a type of virucide as a treatment then seal the area with a KILZ type paint. After these treatments and the lost time and money spent waiting for the paint to dry, there is still the nagging feeling that customer is going to call and complain that the smell is still there.

If you read the label on most products it will say “billions of bacteria colonies” This means that the bacteria haven’t developed into an enzyme yet. To become an enzyme the bacteria needs to digest another bacteria to use as fuel to grow and develop. While in the bacterial state the bacteria are sensitive to light, heat, and other chemicals and most die off before they become an effective enzyme. Manufactures use this method to cut their cost but it comes at a price to the consumer, and that cost is that they don’t work.

By trying to grow an enzyme on site your treatment area becomes a sort of a chemistry set, where it can’t get too hot, can’t dry too quickly and can be destroyed if another cleaning agent or a sealant paint is applied prior to fully developing into an enzyme. This is why after installs the customer can still smell the urine from before.

Floor Pre-Treat is better

Since Floor Pre-Treat uses only fully developed enzymes they are more robust and can survive extreme environments and be paired with other products. Floor Pre-Treat is paired with a color safe peroxide. When Floor Pre-Treat is applied the peroxide works as an antibacterial agent and the enzymes continue to digest left over bacteria for up to 45 days after treatment.

Floor Pre-Treat is bio-degradable, non-toxic, and earth friendly. The fragrance used in Floor Pre-Treat is food grade, this is important because when the product breaks down there are no residues from synthetic materials. Floor Pre-Treat dries clear so it can be applied with out the need to tape off areas and can be used on walls, cabinets, and any other surface(s) not ruined by getting wet.

Our Testimonials

I was first interested in this product because I hate the smell of our old product. (odor ban) I used a roller to apply floor pre treat and literally 15 seconds the smell was gone. Its been three weeks and my client says there is no urine smell. I love this stuff.

Carlos Installer

I tested this product on a carpeted room where the cats lived from the previous owner. I removed the carpet and treated the floors and walls with Floor pre treat, I was shocked how well this worked! It has a nice scent that isn't overpowering. I will be giving this product to my installer.

Frequently Asked Questions

There really is no need for wait time after treatment. As a precaution we recommend 5 to 10 minutes or at least until there is no standing puddles of floor pre treat. Even if the area is still damp from Floor Pre-Treat installation can resume with no down time.(if using glue on concrete the recommended wait time is 15 minutes or minimal dampness so glue can adhere)

YES!! Floor Pre treat is known for being biodegradable and non toxic. There are no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and since Floor pre treat is in a peroxide base it is non pathogenic.

As long as Floor Pre-Treat is applied evenly it can be applied by a paint roller, mop, or sprayer.  The most important thing to remember is that it can only treat odors that it comes in contact with so an even application is key.

Floor Pre-Treat is a clear liquid, it dries clear and has no residue. There is virtually no clean up and no worry about spilling paint. This will come in handy on installs where the water has not been turned on, there is no need to worry about rollers drying out.

Absolutely! We love helping our clients make floor pre treat their own. It is even more rewarding to see our clients make money as they provide an amazing product to their clients with their brand on it.
